Goldrich Kest has a deep-rooted legacy in Pasadena as the owner of Green Hotel Apartments since 1971. The company was founded by Jona Goldrich and Sol Kest, Holocaust survivors who immigrated to the United States and established Goldrich Kest as a small family business in 1957. What began with a single apartment building has grown into one of the most successful housing development and management firms in all of California. Today, Goldrich Kest manages more than 200 properties and employs close to 600 people.
